Booking policy

All reservation requests are subject to confirmation

No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of The Frames i.e. flight delays by airlines/contracted charter companies/illness or client failure to appear for accommodation.

No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.

To confirm your booking, we require a valid credit card.
Your booking will be confirmed via email on receipt of full payment for your stay at the time of your booking. Once payment is received in full you confirm that you have read and greed to our terms and conditions.

All bookings and tariffs are subject to change without notice. Booking direct with us on our website will give you the best possible rate. Please email us on book@tinderboxretreat.com.au or you can call us direct on 0405441786 with your details.

Bookings are minimum 2 night stay. Public holidays incur an extra night stay (3 night stay).

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non refundable if you change your mind about your stay.

Changes can be made to the dates of your booking at no charge, subject to availability, with 30+ days notice.

If you have to cancel a booking with 30+ days notice, we will attempt to resell the dates for you and if we are successful we will reimburse you less $50 cancellation fee. cancellations made less than 30 days before a stay, we require full payment.

No show: guests who do not arrive for their booking and do not call to cancel, forgo their entire payment and will not be refunded.

Conditions of use for tinderbox retreat

one bedroom or two bedroom – tinderbox retreat has two identical king size bedrooms, each with marble en-suite dressing room and bathroom. you are welcome to book one bedroom or both. please note that if you make a one bedroom booking, the second bedroom will be locked during your stay.

– Strict no party policy
– fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. – Please respect our neighbourhood by keeping noise to a minimum before 7 am and after 10pm.
– All furniture and house hold items to be left as is. – Guests are liable for any damage, lost items, excess cleaning, rubbish removal and late departure fees.
– No shampoo, soap, bubblebath etc.. is to be placed inside the spa. Failing to follow instructions will incur extra cleaning fees

Arrival and Departure

When it comes to check in/out times, we’ll be as flexible as we can to suit. If you have any special requests to make your stay more comfortable, please contact us: book@tinderboxretreat.com.au so we can assist you with a no obligation quote.

Check-in time 3pm, we will notify you via text as soon your retreat is ready on your day of arrival. Departure time is 11am.


Free data is available for reasonable usage up to 5gb per day.
please note – should Wi-Fi not be available due to technical or service issues, compensation will not be given.


Your retreat has semi under cover parking for up to two cars directly outside retreat’s front entrance .
Tesla destination charger available


Tinderbox retreat is strictly no smoking property. If guests smoke inside the retreat, an additional cleaning fee and deodorizing cost will be incurred.
Any damage caused by smoking will also result in extra charges.

Pets are not permitted

Problems and Complaints

In the event of a problem or complaint you must inform tinderbox retreat owners immediately so they have the opportunity to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible within reasonable time. Failure to follow this procedure may hinder the ability to rectify the problem or complaint and will extinguish any claim for compensation.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, guests acknowledge that if the owners are able to solve a problem within 24 hours, they are not due a refund.
